Benjamin Friederich has been a professional hoof trimmer in Moselle, France, for the past 14 years. He purchased a Klaux.eu Titanium Pro hydraulic hoof trimming chute four years ago.
Like any piece of professional equipment used on a daily basis, regular maintenance is essential to ensure safety, reliability and long service life. Benjamin knows this well and performs the routine maintenance himself: “Once a week, I grease it and carry out a general inspection.” Whenever spare parts are needed, they are shipped by express delivery to minimize downtime.
The annual service is carried out by appointment at the Klaux.eu workshop. Every spring, Benjamin travels to Born, in the Netherlands, for a complete inspection. “Klaux.eu is only a five-hour drive away.”
